Having worked at the intersection of talent assessment, workforce development and organisational capability for many years, we recognised that software engineering had entered a new era while talent evaluation had not.
Drawing on that experience, we combined advances in engineering assessment, behavioural science, AI-enabled development and learning analytics to create a multidimensional framework that reflects how great engineers actually perform.
